The Industry-University Cooperative Research Program will soon be launching the Fall Call for Proposals in all UC Discovery Grant funded areas.

Submission deadline is October 20, 2008.

Please note two important streamlining changes to our proposal process that will be instituted with this fall:

1.    There will now be two calls for proposals in the academic year: one in the fall and one in the spring.
2.    We are rolling out a streamlined application that is more user friendly for both UC investigators and their industry partners.

Upgrades include:

•    A simplified budget formula
•    Minimized industry involvement in the application process
•    Simplified user interface
